In the area of Process Innovation, It seems widely that BPMS is the next service. BPMS stands for Business Process Management System. In general, Process Innovation is the soft solution that company could increase quality and speed. Now a day, PI is supported hardly by IT and I think that is BPMS.
As BPMS have the function monitoring everything of the detailed process of the company, we could find the defects, the delay, and etc. of the business process. We could use the results of BPMS in order to improve the quality, to plan the strategy execution, and to make decision with agility.
However, in other words, BPMS have the function checking the activities of every employee. The lover of BPMS said that it could give individual performance indicator to everyone and discrimination between high performer and lower make good for the human development. This situation is not new in SF movie where manager could to every activity of members through IT.
I have the questions if this world is happy where I and my company could know the exact time per day to have got the cigarette with peers and to have got the coffee.

I agree BPM (Business process management) is an effective system to guide employee what to do in business process.but sometimes I feel that the employees just work as the system guide without understanding the whole business process and thinking the process that much.
Of course when we develop BPM system we define all business process and the consequence of the process and apply it in the system.
it's like human beings are a slave of the effective system.
