One of IS key management issues is the IS investment challange - that is, achieve business value from IS. To do this we studied that 4 aspects must be considered.
1)Hardware and software supplier(technology)
2)Business firms which gain value from technology investment.
3)Hard working CEO and Leader to achieve business value.
4)Concerrent legal, social, cultural environment.
This article deals with required necessary habit of technology leader at early 21st century basis. Because business technology leadership is basically changing.
To use effectivly IS, we need understanding about organization, management, technology all.
In this point of view I think we need IT leadership is rather in depth understanding to business model than simple technology oriented thing. Information systems are more than technology.
