Today, we're always connect with IT.

I think all these things are more or less relative one. To somebody it is information, to others intelligence. There is no absolute boundary. But most important one is what you want with it and how you can utilize it. That is, how high its use can reach to my strategical goal.
The structure of information system has many dimensions. And also it has hierachical structure similar to management structure.
So KIA's solution reaches the issues related to their strategic value chain. In this respect, KIA solved really its problem.
