I think Gerd and Cohen pointed critical edge of discussuion about DRM. As Cohen commented, DRM reflects new value propostion and business rule which we couldn't enjoy. But I would like to agree to Gerd. Even if we have few ways of enjoying contents before, but we were not restricted by the playing environment. I mean I(the buyer) totally used the rights to "play" and to "own" the contents. But in this digital era with DRM, our action of "purchase" does not guarantee the rights I mentioned. This is frustrating thing.
I think that the participant of digital music industry must pursuade any customer to understand the difference between the meaning of "own" (or "buy") and "use (or "subscribe"). Customer is getting of the meaning things nowadays. But the restriction of using in various devices really annoying things.
